Physical Size does not guarantee success;What matters is mental size

Knowledge@wharton published an interview with MindTree COO Subroto Bagchi about his book titled "The High performance Entrepreneur:Golden Rules for Success in Today's World". The most important part of this interview is where he talks about "Why Entrepreneurs fail" and the Price/Empathy ratio (P/E Ratio) to measure process success.

Apart from that he makes two interesting statements:

a) The startups should pretend to be big
b) The mental makeup or size is more important than the physical size
